Day 1

Arrival in São Luis (please let us know your arrival time).
Shuttle from airport to hotel.

Check-in at “Grand São Luis Hotel / Calhau Praia Hotel / Hotel Brisamar” or similar.

If your arrival is early, you can enjoy the city tour through the historic city center - tour not yet included.

Overnight in São Luis city.

 

Day 2

07h00min – Minibus shuttle from São Luis to Barreirinhas (3 hours), stopping for coffee.

Check-in at Buriti lodge / Do Rio lodge or similar.

14h00 – 4x4 ride to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park with a group, visiting the Lagoa Azul area until sunset.

Overnight stay in Barreirinhas.

Day 3

08h30 – Tube ride down Cardoza river – nice and clear water. Return to Barreirinhas around 13h00.

14h00 – 4x4 ride to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park with a group, visiting the surroundings of Lagoa Bonita until sunset.

Overnight stay in Barreirinhas.

Day 4

08h30 - Ride down Preguiças river with fast motorboat to Atins, visiting the villages of Vassouras (dunes), Mandacaru (light house).

12h00 – Check-in at “pousada do Irmão / pousada Vila Jurará” lodge.

Free afternoon - you have as an optional tour the visit of the region of dunes and lagoons of the Park that we call the region of the “lagoa da Capivara” - duration of aporx 3 hours. In the return they will visit the village of Canto do Atins and they will know the famous restaurant of shrimp barbecue (ride and dinner "still" not included). After dinner they will disembark you in your lodge.

Day 5

07h30 – Boat ride to cross Atins river mouth to Caburé

08h00 – 4x4 expedition from Caburé to Parnaíba, visiting the Pequenos Lençóis area.
15h00 – Fast boat ride through Delta do Parnaíba National Park, to see the animals and nature, making stops to swin and know islands and a stop to have a lunch too (lunch is not included). At the end of the tour through the Delta they will visit the Guarás bird dormitory and witness the sunset.

After the tour you will return to the car for more 60km to the beach in Barra Grande.
Check-in at “pousada BGK / pousada Titas” lodge or similar.

Day 6

Hi tide time – tour to appreciate the sea horse’s nursery – this tour during around 2 hours.

The remaining of the day is free to you enjoy the beach

Overnight stay in Barra Grande beach.

Day 7

Free morning in Barra Grande beach.

10h00 – 4x4 ride from Barra Grande to Jericoacoara, through dunes, lagoons and visiting the small village of Tatajuba.
Check-in at “Jeri Village / pousada Surfing Jeri / pousada Wind Jeri” lodge or similar.
Free afternoon to enjoy the sunset at Jeri’s big dune.

Overnight stay in Jericoacoara beach.

 

Day 8

08h00 – Buggy ride to know the Pedra do Frade e Pedra Furada – Jeri’s postcards – with a certified guide.

11h00 – continuation of buggy ride to visit the lagoons Azul and Paraíso – all day long.

Overnight stay in Jericoacoara beach.

 

 

Day 9

09h00 - Beginning of the expedition in a 4x4 car from Jeri to Fortaleza for the deserted beaches made in 2 days, being the first day From Jeri to Guajirú beach, performing part of the day for deserted beaches of great beauty.

Check-in at Rede Beach Hotel / Pousada Kite landing or similar on Guajiru beach.

 

Day 10

09h00 - Continuation of the expedition through beaches to Fortaleza. They will arrive to Fortaleza in the afternoon.

Check-in at “Hotel Fortaleza Inn / Hotel Ibis / Quality Fortaleza Hotel” or similar.

Overnight in Fortaleza.

End of services.
